About Us
Constello was founded in London in 2024 by Jesil Levine Boateng. Growing up around the industry, he saw the same gap again and again: the people who grow sport, media and entertainment businesses, and the talent those businesses build around, rarely have someone in their corner who understands both sides.
Constello is built on one belief: talent deserves great management, the right partners and the space to shine. A constellation is a group of stars that only makes sense together, and that's how we see our work: the right people, connected in the right way.
We're deliberately small. We keep our roster tight and our searches focused, so every client gets real attention, honest advice, and terms agreed in writing before any work begins.
Today, Constello is a management agency and commercial consultancy for sport, media and entertainment. We work with current stars, former athletes and creators, and with the brands and rights holders who partner with them, turning ambition into careers, partnerships and long-term value.
